By registering for The Health Tech Forum™, you consent to the organizers collecting, processing, and using your personal data for any and all purposes related to your participation in the event (see also the Privacy Policy).
This agreement is entered into in Romania and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law.
- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any ticket purchased for The Health Tech Forum™ is non-transferable and valid only for the named individual, entitling that person—unless otherwise specified—to attend the entire Symposium or parts of it.

- EVENT CANCELLATION AND FORCE MAJEURE
The organizers are not liable for the cancellation or modification of a scientific and/or social event in the event of an accident, an act caused by a third party (e.g., restrictions imposed by authorities, closure of the venue), credible threats of a natural disaster in the immediate vicinity, war, restrictions on or disruption of transportation, threats or acts of terrorism or similar acts, a government travel advisory, a government increase in the terrorism alert level, civil unrest, or any other cause comparable to events or disasters beyond the control of the parties.
The organizers assume no responsibility for the cancellation or modification of scientific events due to the fault of the speakers or partner institutions, and no fees or other penalties may be charged.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel any scientific event at short notice should circumstances arise that are beyond the control of __________ (e.g., force majeure, closure of the venue, restrictions imposed by the authorities, etc.). In such cases, no fees or other penalties may be charged.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any social event at short notice if a certain minimum number of participants is not reached, or for any other reasons beyond the control of ______________ (e.g., force majeure, closure of the venue, restrictions imposed by authorities, etc.). In the event of such cancellations, no fees or other penalties may be charged under these circumstances.
- INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Participants are advised to obtain adequate travel, health, and accident insurance coverage before departing from their home countries. The organizers cannot accept liability for bodily injury or the loss or damage of personal property belonging to conference participants and their accompanying persons.
