Information Notice Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

SC Coderdox S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity organized and existing under the laws of Romania, with its registered office in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Registry under No. J40/9/04.01.2016, with unique registration code 35371982, legally represented by Elena Ovreiu, in her capacity as Administrator, acts as your counterparty in this contract. It wishes to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data for the purpose stated below, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 (GDPR).

Purpose of processing, legal basis, and categories of data being processed

If you fill out the information requested in the registration form to participate in the event (first and last name, occupation, email address, phone number, and information regarding your HCP status) for the purpose of receiving informational materials related to the HealthTech Forum organized by SC Coderdox S.R.L. and its partners. We will contact you regarding this matter at the email address and/or phone number you provide to us.

Recipients of Your Personal Data

We will share your personal data with our partners with whom we are organizing the HealthTech Forum and with the professional partners involved in accrediting the event.

Furthermore, as part of the day-to-day operations of SC Coderdox S.R.L., third parties (who do not process data on behalf of the company) may have access to your personal data, such as: (i) companies that provide technical maintenance, (ii) public authorities, financial or legal auditors, various categories of consultants, or institutions authorized to conduct inspections and audits of the company’s operations and assets, which request that the company provide them with information pursuant to the company’s legal obligations or to protect the rights and assets of our company or the rights and assets of other entities or individuals, such as courts, notaries public, bailiffs, etc.; (iii) third-party acquirers, to the extent that the company’s business is transferred (in whole or in part), and the personal data of the data subjects forms part of the assets subject to such transaction.

Processing Time

We will process your personal data for the purpose mentioned above for a period of 5 (five) years from the date you gave your consent. If you withdraw your consent (by unsubscribing from our communications), we will stop sending you such communications. If SC Coderdox S.R.L. determines that it has a legitimate interest or a legal obligation to continue processing your personal data for other purposes, you will be duly informed accordingly.

Data Processing Security

SC Coderdox S.R.L. guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data it processes and also informs you that it continuously evaluates and updates the security measures it has implemented to ensure that personal data is processed safely and securely.

Your Rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: (1) the right of access, which allows you to know which of the personal data we process pertains to you and under what conditions it is processed; (2) the right to request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data or the erasure of data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, (3) the right to request restriction of processing, among other things, when you believe the data is inaccurate, for a period allowing the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data, when the processing is unlawful, but you do not wish for us to erase your personal data, but rather to restrict its use, or when the controller no longer needs the personal data, but you need it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, (4) The right to object, at any time, to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, (5) The right to data portability, namely the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, as well as the right to request that SC Coderdox S. R.L. transmit this data to another data controller, (6) The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly and significantly affects the data subject, (7) The right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point, by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the communications sent or by contacting SC Coderdox S. R.L. at the phone number listed below, (8) The right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) and the right to file claims with the competent courts.
