Information notice on the processing of personal data

SC Coderdox S.R.L. SRL with registered office located in Bucharest, a Romanian legal entity, organized and existing under the laws of Romania, with registered office located in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/9/04.01.2016, with unique registration code 35371982, legally represented by Elena Ovreiu, as Administrator, acts as your counterparty in this contract. It wishes to inform you about the processing of your personal data for the purposes mentioned below, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 (GDPR).

Purpose of processing, legal basis and categories of data being processed

In case you fill in the information requested in the registration form for participation in the event (name and surname, occupation, e-mail address, telephone number, information on your HCP status) in order to send informative materials in connection with the HealthTech Forum organized by SC Coderdox S.R.L. and its partners. We will contact you for this purpose at the e-mail address and/or telephone number you provide.

Recipients of your personal data

We will transmit your personal data to our partners with whom we organize the HealthTech Forum and to professional partners involved in the accreditation of the event.

Also, in the course of the current activities of SC Coderdox S.R.L., third parties (who do not have the role of processing data on behalf of the company) may have access to your personal data, such as: (i) companies that provide technical maintenance, (ii) public authorities, financial or legal auditors, various categories of consultants or institutions competent to carry out inspections and controls on the company's activity and assets, who request the company to provide them with information pursuant to legal obligations held by the company or to protect the rights and assets of our company or the rights and assets of other entities or persons, such as courts, notaries public, bailiffs, etc. ; (iii) to third party acquirers, to the extent that the business of our company would be transferred (in whole or in part) and the personal data of the data subjects form part of the assets that are the subject of the transaction.

Processing time

We will process your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes for a period of 5 (five) years from the date on which you have given your consent. If you withdraw your consent (by unsubscribing from receiving communications), we will stop sending you such communications. If SC Coderdox S.R.L. determines that it has a legitimate interest or a legal obligation to continue to process your personal data for other purposes, you will be duly informed accordingly.

Security of data processing

SC Coderdox S.R.L. guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data processed and at the same time informs you that it constantly evaluates and updates the security measures implemented to ensure the safe and secure processing of personal data.

Your rights

In the context of the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: (1) the right of access which allows you to know which of the personal data we process concerning you and the conditions under which they are processed, (2) the right to request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data or erasure of data where, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, (3) the right to request restriction of processing, inter alia, where you consider the data to be inaccurate, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data, where the processing is unlawful, but you do not wish us to erase your personal data but to restrict their use, or where the controller no longer needs the personal data but you need them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, (4) The right to object, at any time to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, (5) The right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to request SC Coderdox S. R.L. that this data be transmitted to another data controller, (6) The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects for the data subject or similarly and significantly affects him or her, (7) The right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that time, by accessing the unsubscribe link included in the communications sent or by contacting SC Coderdox S. R.L. at the telephone number indicated below, (8) The right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) and the right to file claims with the competent courts.

The above mentioned rights can be exercised at any time.
